Williams said that the case is one of the “tragedies of the judicial system”.The lawyer had claimed that his client was charged without any proper evidence tying him to the crime.Williams had further argued, that he was aggrieved by the situation, and also said that he knows for a fact that the police are doing this as a publicity stunt, since everyone knows that the police don’t use forensic works in their investigations.Clifford Peters, a retired senior Superintendent of Police,China Jerseys, was shot several times in the head and chest, and died en route to the Georgetown Public Hospital, on May 4.At the time of his death, he, along with a crew from Guyana Power and Light,Chicago Bulls Throwback Jersey, were removing illegal wires in the Lamaha Park area.There was speculation that Peters was targeted for jewellery he normally wears.
