Marriott Takes Back Operation connected with Waikiki EDITION
After an overnight raid past Sunday seizing control of this Waikiki EDITION from Marriott International, Corporation. Honolulu time.
Arne Sorenson, Marriott International's president and key operating officer, said, "The last couple of days have been trying, disheartening and confusing for our company and employees. We're thankful the judge returned the particular Waikiki EDITION to our hands. We have been in the process of resuming operations, rapidly returning the hotel and its intend to EDITION standards.

Ed Jones, Marriott International executive vice president as well as general counsel, said, "We required swift legal action following this event and are gratified that a Big apple court ordered operational control and management of the Waikiki Release returned to us pursuant to our agreement."
Marriott was represented ahead of the New York court by the corporation of Jenner Block, with the owner represented by Bickel Brewer.
