He pointed out that the individual had promised to reach him at the check-in area.He said that while standing in the line for several minutes, he continuously looked around for the person that gave him the suitcase, but never saw him.The convict said that he saw the person that gave him the suitcase standing outside and proceeded to exit the departure section of the CJIA to confront him.It was then he said, that he was stopped by an individual whom he later found out was a Customs Anti Narcotic Unit (CANU) rank. He added that the rank requested to search his suitcase and he complied.Macy recalled that the man searched his luggage and found nothing. However, when he searched the suitcase that was given to him by the individual the CANU rank unearthed the illicit drug.He further explained that he constantly informed the officer that the luggage did not belong to him.
