He however said that he did not know what happened to the items after that.Critchlow told the court that he could not remember whether the items were tendered as evidence in the Magistrate’s Court.In an attempt to give the witness a chance to figure what happened to the evidence, the Judge granted a brief adjournment in the matter, but Critchlow returned to the box about an hour and a half later and told the court that he was unable to locate the items.
